Two people escaped without serious injury after their vehicle hit a cow early Thursday morning on a Harrison County road.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the vehicle then left the roadway and hit an embankment.

Driver Cassie Binning of Grand River, Iowa, was not hurt.  Her passenger Andrew Lane of Blythedale, Missouri was treated and released for minor injuries.
