The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance finding two alleged fugitives:

Dan James Madison, 42, Chillicothe, is wanted on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Probation Violation on an original charge of class C felony Domestic Assault in 2nd Degree. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash only.

Jason Dean Ritchie, 32, Chillicothe, is wanted on Livingston County arrest warrants for alleged failure to appear in Court on Domestic Assault in 3rd degree with date of offense being January 20, 2011 and failure to obey a Judges order on an original charge of Domestic Assault in 3rd degree with date of offense being October 12, 2010.

If you have information on the whereabouts of either Mr. Madison or Mr. Ritchie, please do not approach them, but call either the Livingston County Sheriffs Office at 660-646-0515 or your local law enforcement agency.
