A Kiss Amid The Tear Gas

Hockey fans in Vancouver did not like losing the Stanley Cup final to Boston this week.

They erupted into a riot.

But was that couple really taking time off amid the chaos for a deeply romantic kiss?

Now THAT'S a riot!

Officials say about 140 people had to be treated for injuries from Wednesday night’s riots. The riots erupted as angry fans took to the streets over the Canucks’ loss to the Boston Bruins in Game Seven of the NHL’s Stanley Cup Final.

Vancouver Police Chief Jim Chu says four people were seriously injured. Two people suffered stab wounds, another was hurt in a fall and another was hospitalized when he was found semi-conscious.

Chu also said nine police officers sustained injuries, with one hit in the head by a brick. Police say nearly 100 arrests were made because of people fighting, looting, setting cars on fire and scuffling with police.
