The City Council of St Joseph has signed off on an ordinance that requires you to clean up behind your dog’s behind, if he or she leaves a load on public property, or someone else’s private property.

If Fido or Spot leaves a pile, and you don’t pick it up, you could get a citation, but only if it’s witnesses by an animal control officer, or a citizen willing to testify.
