Jackson Doc Guilty

Dr. Conrad Murray faces up to four years in prison when he’s sentenced on charges of involuntary manslaughter. A jury in California found Murray guilty in the death of pop star Michael Jackson.

His license to practice medicine is now at risk and he faces huge fines.

The jury panel deliberated about nine hours after a six week trial.

Prosecutors say Murray gave Jackson a lethal dose of the sedative Propofol in June 2009. The drug is normally given as a surgical anesthetic in a hospital.

A huge celebration broke out outside the courthouse as word of the verdict spread.
