Missouri Western kicker Greg Zuerlein has been named the D2football.com national Special Teams Player of the Week.

Zuerlein converted all three field goal attempts in Missouri Western’s 31-28 upset victory over Northwest Missouri State. Two of his kicks were from more than 50 yards, including a school record 58 yard kick that provided the game winning points. He also converted both PATs and had five touchbacks out of seven kickoffs. Zuerlein has converted a conference record 16 consecutive field goals, including six from more than 50 yards.
