SALINA, Kan. (AP) – A 16-year-old Salina boy is accused of kidnapping and several other sex-related crimes for incidents involving six girls under the age of 16.
The youth was arrested Tuesday on charges of kidnapping, aggravated sodomy, two counts of indecent liberties, one count of sexual battery and four counts of indecent solicitation.
Salina police spokesman Lt. Scott Siemsen says the actions started in June and continued until the present, involving girls from Salina Central High School.
Police say they have heard of other incidents that happened through text messages and at a local park. The boy also is accused of forcing a girl into a restroom and making her perform a sex act.
