Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster today released the St Louis Rams’ conceptual design plans for an upgrade to the Edward Jones Dome. Koster says he is making the documents publicly available in response to various media inquiries and requests under terms of the Missouri Sunshine Law. The Rams organization and the St Louis Convention and Visitors Commission sought to keep the plans secret until an agreement was reached.

The upgraded facility under the latest plans would be designed to seat 66,000 people for a St Louis Rams game, but could be expanded to the NFL-minimum 72,000 seats for a Super Bowl contest.
