The off-beat troupe “Improv Everywhere” pulled about four thousand people into an epic water-gun battle, in a wild gathering on Governors Island in new York City.

Participants downloaded an mp3 file that included a series of ridiculous instructions.

Passersby were curious, and very entertained, as “Steve The Omnipotent Voice from Above” gave them some very specific, and entertaining instructions.

Think of it as a flash mob without all that pesky preparation and choreography.
