ST. LOUIS (AP) — The dean of the Saint Louis University School of Law has resigned after sending an angry letter to the university president.
Dean Annette Clark announced her resignation Wednesday in a scathing letter to university President Lawrence Biondi. In the letter, she complained that administrators were hostile toward her.
Later Wednesday, Biondi responded with a letter of his own saying Clark was about to be fired, anyway.
Clark said she was left out of major decisions, including one to move the law school to downtown St. Louis.
Belleville, Ill., attorney Thomas Q. Keefe Jr. will serve as interim dean for the 2012-13 academic year while the university seeks a permanent replacement.
