A Saint Joseph police officer was slightly injured when her patrol car was rear-ended by another vehicle last night. Officer Jill Swindler was stopped at a red light at 4th and Faraon a few minutes before midnight when another car hit her squad car from behind. Swindler refused medical treatment and kept working.

The driver of the other car was not injured. Damage to both vehicles was minor. The accident is still under investigation.
