St Joseph Police are investigating a fatality traffic accident on Cook Road early Friday morning.

The single-vehicle crash at 3:05 am closed Cook Road between the Belt and 37th North for several hours.

Police say one occupant was killed, and a second was transported to Heartland.  A third occupant refused medical treatment at the scene.
