Police have recovered a weapon that may have been used in the killing of 57 year old Clinton Justice of Saint Joseph. His daughter found him in lying dead on the floor of his apartment at 136 Park Lane on December 8. Police Captain Matt Rock says officers found the weapon in a residential neighborhood “some distance” from where the crime occured. The weapon is now undergoing DNA testing at the Missouri State Highway Patrol laboratory in Jefferson City.
