One person was wounded and at least one suspect is in custody in a shooting early Friday afternoon in North Saint Joseph.  Police say neighbors reported hearing several shots fired at about 12:30 pm in the 400 block of Woodson.  One man with a handgun was reported seen running from a house.

Officers say the victim was taken to Heartland for treatment.  One suspect was arrested and others are being sought.  The shooting remains under investigation.
