The Platte County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a fugitive.

Douglas Lee Barnes is wanted by the Platte County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for Assaulting a Law Officer (bond $25,000 cash only).

The warrant stems from an incident in July of 2012 in which Barnes allegedly assaulted a Weston Police Officer during a disturbance call.
