A 23-year-old Cameron man was seriously hurt Saturday in a one vehicle wreck north of Cameron.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Ian Jezak lost control of his pickup along Route-EE Saturday afternoon.

The truck hit an embankment and overturned. Jezak was taken to Cameron Hospital and then transfered to St Lukes Hospital in North Kansas City with what were described as serious injuries.

The accident happened at about 4:17 p.m. Saturday about a mile north of Cameron on Route EE.
