A rollover accident in Gentry County Sunday afternoon sent two teenagers to the hospital.

State troopers say Bethany Ruoff of Savannah lost control of her Pontiac Sunfire along Route-E southeast of Stanberry shortly before four p.m.  The vehicle left the highway, hit an embankment and overturned.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Ruoff, 18, sustained serious injuries.  Her passenger, Shelby Schultz, 18,  of St Joseph suffered moderate injuries.

Both were taken by ambulance to Northwest Medical Center in Albany.  Ruoff was later transferred to another hospital.
