A St Joseph man on probation in a prior theft case is being held pending arraignment Friday on one count of burglary.

St Joseph Police say Corey Lanning, 26, was caught inside the Red Lobster restaurant on Frederick around 2:30 Monday morning.

Police say a security alarm brought officers to the eatery, where they found a window broken and Lanning inside.
