A head-on collission north of Trimble Saturday night sent two people to the hospital.

Investigators say a Nissan driven by Melanie Ewing of Plattsburg crossed the center-line along US-169 and hit a vehicle driven by Heather Mason of Trimble.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol report indicates the Nissan spun 180 degrees, left the highway and overturned in a ditch. Ewing suffered moderate injuries, while Mason escaped with what were described as minor injuries.

Both motorists were transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center.
