A 60-year-old motorcyclist from Hopkins, Missouri was seriously hurt when his “trike kit” came off at the rear axle.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Donald Wymore was unable to negotiate a curve along Route-JJ west of Hopkins at 11:20am Monday. The vehicle left the highway and overturned.

Wymore was ejected and suffered serious injuries. He was transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center.
