Triumph foods in St Joseph is expanding it’s operations, adding more than 100 additional jobs.

Triumph Foods officials announced Thursday the company is making a $7.5 million investment that will include adding 105 new jobs to it’s existing workforce of approximately 2,800 in St Joseph.

The facility will expand to include 11,000 square feet in new production, packing and storage facilities.

This most recent expansion comes on the heels of a $10 million capital expansion announced in October of 2012.
