Results From Dekalb County DWI Checkpoint 5/10

State troopers stopped a total of 123 vehicles during a DWI checkpoint in Dekalb County on May 10.

Captain Duane Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H, says they made one felony arrest and two arrests on misdemeanor warrants.

Two people were cited for no drivers license, and one got a ticket for driving with a suspended license.

Two people were ticketed for non-moving violations.

Troopers issued 21 warnings.

Captain Robinson says the checkpoints are an important tool to remove impaired drivers from Missouri roadways. Robinson urges you to report impaired drivers at the Missouri State Highway Patrol Emergency Hotline at 1-800-525-5555, or *55 on your cell phone.
