A former MoDOT maintenance facility in Rock Port was sold at auction Wednesday for $82,500, pending closing.

TCB Inc. put forward the winning bid.

The package includes two acres with a 2,623 square-foot maintenance building, a 2,160 square foot storage shed, two other small storage sheds, a car wash and a fuel island.

Revenue generated from the sale goes into the road fund.
