An 84-year-old Florida woman has come forward with the winning ticket of the record Powerball Jackpot two weeks ago.

Mrs Gloria MacKenzie lives in Zephyrhills, Florida, a town of about 13,000 near Tampa.

MacKenzie opted to receive a lump-sum payment of $370.8 million. She did not attend the news conference.
