A company that offers survival shelters around the world says it plans an underground shelter and resort in Atchison, Kansas. Vivos says the 2-million-square-foot limestone cave will shelter up to 5,000 people for a year. Customers will drive their RVs into the cave and live in them. They’ll pay $1,000 a foot for their parking space.
Vivos says the former military storage facility 130-feet underground will offer protection from most catastrophes, including super volcanoes, solar flares, asteroids, earthquakes, nuclear attack, and social anarchy. For more information click here.
