Charges were filed Tuesday against a Harrison County man in the death of an inmate at the Buchanan County Jail .

Convicted killer, 29-year-old Tony King faces 2nd Degree murder charges in the death of 25-year-old Michael Bozarth.

King and Bozarth were cellmates in the Buchanan County Jail. Court documents allege King strangled Bozarth in their cell last week.

Jail employees found Bozarth in the cell after hearing a commotion from other inmates. King was awaiting sentencing for killing his son and and setting their home on fire to hide the crime.

Bozarth was serving time for statutory sodomy. A motive has not been revealed by authorities.
