Two teens are recovering from serious injuries after a motorcycle accident Tuesday night in Grundy County.

19-year-old Jesse Bruce and 15-year-old Ericka Spurgin, both from Trenton Mo,  were taken to Wright Memorial hospital after the accident around 8pm south of Galt.

The accident occurred on a private road when the motorcycle skidded off the road around a curve and overturned. Neither of the two were wearing a helmet according to the Highway Patrol.
