Kansas Woman Killed In Brown County Crash

A Fairview, Kansas woman was killed and five people were hurt in a head-on collission in Brown County early Wednesday morning.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says a Buick driven by 26-year-old Anna Hull crossed the center line along K-20 highway near Netawaka.

The vehicle crashed into a Dodge Charger in oncoming traffic. Hull was killed.

Five people in the other vehicle were injured. They are identified in a crash report as Iriss Whitebird, 18, the driver, of Horton, Ks.; Marlin Banks, 19, Horton; Madison Thomas, 12, Mayetta, Ks.; Nadas Thomas, 19, Mayetta; Tyran Banks, 13, Horton.

The accident was reported at 2:18 am Wednesday along K-20, 1.4 miles east of US-75 highway, about four miles north of Netawaka, Kansas.
