The Buchanan County Emergency Management Agency has installed four new storm warning sirens:  near the Shoppes at North Village along 169-north at I-29, near the East Hills Addition along Route A near 169-south, near Halls along SW 66th Road, and east of DeKalb along Route JJ.

Buchanan County now has a total of 15 storm warning sirens.  Whenever the city of Saint Joseph replaces one of its sirens, the county buys the old one and installs it where needed in the county.
