Admission buttons for this year’s Trails West! are now available.

August 16-18, Civic Center Park in historic downtown St. Joseph, Mo., transforms into a celebration of St. Joseph’s 170th Birthday, and of our arts and entertainment.

Buttons are now on sale and are $8 in advance, and $10 at the gate.

All festival guests under the age of 10 are free while accompanied by an adult.

 

“There’s nowhere else in the Midwest offering this caliber of entertainment at the price of just under $3 a day,” says Teresa Fankhauser, Allied Arts Council Executive Director.

This year’s design featured on the buttons and t-shirts is the work of St. Joseph, Missouri resident Fran Texeira, winner of the artwork contest hosted earlier this year by the Allied Arts Council. Texeira is a graduate of Missouri Western State University where she majored in graphic design.

Trails West!® is an outdoor arts festival, hosted by the Allied Arts Council, celebrating the unique cultural heritage of St. Joseph, Mo. Now in its 21st year, the festival features fine arts, folk arts, culinary arts, music, dance, and theatre. The 2013 festival will be held August 16-18 at Civic Center Park.
