Tarkio Airshow Takes Off At Noon Saturday

tarkioVintage and aerobatic airplanes will buzz the skies of Northwest Missouri Saturday afternoon during the Tarkio Airshow. Airport manager Brooks Hurst says because of the small size of the airport, the show is a treat for pilots and spectators alike. Performers include the Aeroshell Acrobatic Team, Michael Kennedy, John Klatt, the Red Bull Helicopter, and the Texas Flying Legends, among others.

You’ll see World War Two warplanes including B-25 bombers, Corsairs, a P-51, and a genuine Japanese Zero. The Tarkio Airshow starts at noon Saturday. Admission is $10, and children five and under get in free. For more information click here.
