Registration is now open for the Second Annual Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Kansas City and St. Joseph alumni chapters of the Northwest Missouri State University Alumni Association.
The event is Friday, Aug. 9, event at Shiloh Springs Golf Club, 14750 Fairway Lane in Platte City.
It also will feature a meet-and-greet with Northwest head football coach Adam Dorrel and other coaches of Bearcat fall sports.
The tournament begins at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start, and a dinner and awards presentation will follow.
The meet-and-greet is slated for 6:30 p.m. Fans do not need to golf to attend the meet-and-greet.
Registration is $65 per golfer, and two mulligans may be purchased for $5. Cart, hole, drink and dinner sponsorships also are available.
