Virginia M. Simon, 83, Gower, Missouri died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at a healthcare facility in Gower, Missouri.
She was born December 6, 1929 to Earl and Johanna (Schuman) Clifton in Kansas City, Missouri.
She married Charles W. “Bill” Simon on July 23, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri. He preceded her in death on June 27, 2002.
Virginia was a member of Woodson Christian Chapel.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, John Simon; and three half-brothers, Frank, Andrew, and Ted Terherst.
Survivors: children, Charles Simon (Denise), Robert Simon, Sandra Judd (Gordon), Kenneth Simon, Tammie Castleman, Donald Simon (Karla), all of St. Joseph, Missouri, Jo Herple (Ralph), Easton, Missouri, and Ann Stallard (Bill) Gower, Missouri; twenty-one grandchildren; and thirty-three great-grandchildren.
Services: 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
