I-29 reopened shortly before 8am Friday after a nearly five-hour ordeal.

Traffic investigators report a semi rear-ended an F-150 pickup truck that was towing a GMC Jimmy about three miles south of Faucett at 2:45 am Friday.

The pickup rolled over and hit the median cable.

A third motorist then rammed the trailer unit.

Buchanan County deputies assisted troopers from the Missouri State highway Patrol as traffic was re-routed through Faucett. Minor injuries were reported, but have not been officially confirmed by the patrol.
