The Small Business and Technology Development Centers in Northwest Missouri have a new associate regional director. Rebecca Evans has directed the Saint Joseph branch since 2007. She will now oversee the offices in Maryville and Chillicothe as well as Saint Joseph.

The Northwest area serves small businesses in 17 counties from Atchison County in the north to Platte County in the south to Livingston County in the east.
