Amtrak is offering a cheap fare to the fair this week. The Missouri River Runner will set you back just five dollars, one-way, for up to two kids ages two to fifteen. Round trip fare is just ten dollars.

You must book passage before Saturday, August 17, 2013, and travel between now and August 18.

The discounted fares are good for travel anywhere along the Missouri River Runner route.
