Saint Joseph street crews will begin working Monday to apply slurry seal to Messanie Street from 10th to 22nd Street. The six-day project will be done in sections, with each section of Messanie closed on these days: On Monday and Tuesday crews will work from 18th to 22nd Street. Wednesday and Thursday the work will be from 14th to 17th Street. Friday, September 20, and Monday, September 23, crews will cover 10th through 14th Street. Closings will last from 8 am to 7:30 pm.
