The Platte County Sheriff’s Office needs your help identifying a body found along the Missouri River September 12.
Authorities say a fisherman spotted the body along the shoreline, but due to the rough terrain along the river it took some time to get to the location of the body. The area where the body was found is in the unincorporated area of Platte County, near the township of Waldron, Missouri.
The body is believed to be that of a white male in his 20’s – 30’s. The male has a couple of tattoos on his lower back. The unknown male had a tattoo of a four-leaf clover on the lower right portion of his back along with the letters “Ca” on the lower left portion of his back.
