Leota Belle Rock 87, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013 in a Saint Joseph, MO health care center. She was born December 8, 1925 in Milan, MO, daughter of Alta and Roy Caldwell. She graduated from Benton high school class of 1942. She worked as a Avon Sales Representative for 20 years, previous to that she worked at the United Department Store, and the Chase Candy Compnay. She was a member of the St. Joseph Ukrainian Catholic Church. Leota was preceded in death by her husband, Pete Rock Jr., her parents, 2 sisters Dorothy Sell, and Darlene Mackley and a brother JR Caldwell. Survivors include, three sons, Steve Rock, Patrick Rock and wife Vickie, Stan Rock and wife MaDonna, and a daughter Barb Rock all of of St. Joseph, MO, a brother, Harold Caldwell and wife Betty of St. Joseph, MO, seven grandchildren, Brandon Rock, Garrett Rock, Daniel Rock, Staci Rock, Cari Baldree, Nellie Trigg, and Tommy D. Thompson, Seven Great grandchildren: Savannah, Jackson Lincoln, Carson, Gracie, Tianna and Amonda. The family would like to thank Carriage Square Nursing Home and Hands of Hope Hospice for the wonderful and loving care that they gave mother.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 am, on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Rupp Funeral Home, with Father Mark Yates officiating.
