25th Annual South Side Fall Festival This Weekend

South Saint Joseph takes center stage this weekend for the 25th annual South Side Fall Festival. Chairman Gary Pettis says it’s family friendly and the price is right. Admission is free. No alcohol is allowed.

The South Side Fall Festival opens at noon Friday at Hyde Park. Live entertainment begins at 1 on two stages. A giant fireworks show starts at 9:15 Friday night. On Saturday a 5K run-walk begins at 9:30 am, South Side Fall Festival Parade begins at 10, and live entertainment begins at 1. Sunday starts with a worship service at 9:30 am, Zumba by GFZ Fitness at noon, and the Q-Country Baby Show at 1 pm.

The festival includes 30 food vendors and more than 50 craft vendors.
