A 27-year-old Burlington Junction woman was seriously hurt in a one-car crash east of Tarkio Sunday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Crystal Klosek lost control of her Pontiac Grand Prix along US-136 highway at 3:15 pm Sunday.

 

According to a crash report, the vehicle left the roadway, hit an embankment, spun around 180 degrees, then hit a ditch and rolled onto its top.

Klosek was transported to Fairfax Community Hospital and was later airlifted to Heartland. She was reported in serious condition Monday morning.
