MINOR SUBDIVISON – A request for approval of a minor commercial subdivision for the property located at 3519 North Village Drive, proposing three (3) lots, as requested by Don Evans. The property is zoned as P-3, North Land Development Precise Plan District.

Minor Subdivisions are approved or denied by the Planning Commission. Staff recommendation: Approval

ITEM #2

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – A request for approval of a conditional use permit for the operation of a church at 1824 Sylvanie Street, as requested by Reverend Louis A. Monroe. The property is zoned R-4, Apartment Residential District.
Conditional Use Permits move forward to the City Council

Staff recommendation: Approval
