Saint Joseph picked up another .64 of an inch of rain in the showers that began after 6 am Thursday.  Official National Weather Service measurements show the rain was heaviest between 7 and 8 and again between 9 and 10 when two-tenths of an inch came down in each hour.  Another .15 fell between 10 and 11.

Forecasters had predicted a 30 percent chance of rain.
