Dee Anna Kelley, counselor at Colgan Alternative Resource Center and Pickett Elementary School, was one of 10 semi-finalists for the award, given by the American School Counselor Association. She has been invited to attend the School Counselor of the Year Gala in January at Union Station in Washington, D.C.
