#1 TUCKER BOWL MINOR SUBDIVISON – A request for approval of a minor commercial subdivision for the property located at 210 Belt Highway, proposing two (2) lots, as requested by N. Scott Tucker, Thomas Clemons, agent. The property is zoned as C-3, Commercial District.

Minor Subdivisions are approved or denied by the Planning Commission. Staff recommendation: Forthcoming

#2 PRELIMINARY PLAT, MAJOR RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION – A request for approval of a preliminary plat for the property located at 3840 Faraon, as requested by Fritz Ambrozi and Travis Hoggatt of Cedar Ridge Enterprises. The property is currently zoned C-3, Commercial District.

Major subdivisions move forward to City Council. Staff recommendation: Forthcoming

#3 RECONSIDERATION OF A CHANGE OF ZONING AND CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN – A request to reconsider the proposed change of zoning and conceptual development plan for the property at 3840 Faraon Street due to a substantial change requested by the developer from the plan that was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission in April, 2013.

Zoning district change and conceptual development plans are approved or denied by the Planning Commission.
Staff recommendation: Forthcoming
