Scientists, policy-makers, and energy company officials will meet in Saint Louis this week to discuss an energy plan for Missouri. Josh Campbell of the Missouri Energy Initiative says it’s a topic that matters to everyone.

Campbell says one of the hot-button issues is fracking, a process that he says changed the petroleum industry. Other issues will include water, coal, natural gas, climate change, and environmentalism.

The Midwest Energy Policy Conference takes place Tuesday and Wednesday at Washington University in Saint Louis.
