The St. Joseph Metro Chamber Diplomats Club celebrated grand re-opening of the re-modeled Bob Evans, located at 5101 N Belt Highway  in The Shoppes at North Village, on Monday.

In addition to the great new look, the restaurant has added a made fresh bakery.
