Four people were hurt in a crash on Route-33 near Osborn shortly before 7am Thursday.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a pickup crossing US-36 highway was hit broadside by a minivan.

The driver of the truck was 60-year-old Roger Gaiser of Osborn. Gaiser suffered moderate injuries.

The driver of the minivan, 39-year-old Janene Parton of St Joseph, suffered serious injuries.

Two young girls in Parton’s car suffered minor injuries. All four victims were transported to Heartland Regional Medical Center for treatment.
