Survivors: parents; brother, Hunter Matthew; maternal grandparents, Kenny and Michelle Phillips, St. Joseph, Missouri; paternal grandparents, John and Lisa Donahoo, Rosendale, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Jeff and Michelle Talley, St. Joseph, Missouri; maternal great-grandmother, Peggy Bloss, St. Joseph, Missouri; maternal great-grandfather, Zack Bloss, Cameron, Missouri; paternal great-grandmother, Sharon Wilson, St. Joseph, Missouri; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services: 1:00 P.M. Monday, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
