Terry E. Geier
1956-2013

Terry Eugene Geier, 57, of St. Joseph, formerly of Kearney, Mo passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at his residence.
Terry was born August 8, 1956 to Kenneth and Verna (Ard) Geier in Girard, KS. In 1974 he graduated from Humboldt High School in Humboldt, NE where he was Prom King his senior year. He later attended University of Nebraska-Omaha and University of Phoenix where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree. Terry worked for Kellogg’s as Manager of Team Sales for fifteen years. On May 27, 2001 he married Laura (McConnell) Eaton in Las Vegas. He was a very generous, charismatic, selfless and proud man. His hobbies included spending time with his family, golfing, riding motorcycles, traveling and the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Preceding him in death are his father, Kenneth Geier; step-father, Dean Badberg, siblings, Kenneth, Ricky, and Vicky Geier.

Survivors include his wife Laura, of the home; mother, Verna Badberg, of Humboldt,; children, Teri Geier, Jackie Crapps, both of Kansas City, MO, Carri Kistner, of Kalamazoo, MI, Kevin Dandliker, of Dawson, NE, Andrea Eaton, of St. Joseph, Niki Eaton, of Columbia, MO, and Kyle Eaton, of Kansas City, MO; sister, Kay Leech of Humboldt, NE; brother, Dicky Geier, of Liberty, MO; step-mother, Donna Geier, of Liberty, MO; son-in-laws, Jason Crapps, of Kansas City, MO and Bryan Kistner, of Kalamazoo, MI; grandchildren, Carrington, Mackenzie, Jessica, Brie, Jacie, and Jackson.

Mr. Geier has been cremated under direction of Clark-Sampson Funeral Home.

A Graveside Memorial and inurnment will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday, November 17 at Humboldt Cemetery, Humboldt, NE.
